With a network of over 250 stores across France, the French overseas territories, Belgium, and Luxembourg, the brand offers a diverse and frequently updated selection, featuring nearly 200,000 products.

Each La Foir'Fouille franchised store offers a curated selection of 35,000 products, with locally adjusted prices. To support this model, the central team spearheaded a strategic move into e-commerce, aiming not only to boost online sales but also to create a robust web-to-store experience through features like click & collect. This strategy directs online visitors to their nearest store, ensuring that shared resources benefit each franchisee's growth.

In this context, having a powerful search engine is crucial to efficiently manage store-specific assortments while enabling online visitors to browse the full range of products. However, the previously used SAP Hybris search engine showed its limitations. Seeking to implement dynamic merchandising techniques and highlight national promotions, the team opted for Sensefuel’s solution.
